The Wizard of Oz Lawn Chair


  This whimsical chair will take you over the rainbow! Create this look using Krylon Spray Paint, Acrylic Paint, The Octopode Factory images, and Copic Markers!

What you need:

  • (1) can Krylon FUsion for Plastic True Blue Spray Paint
  • (1) can Krylon Diamond Dust Glittter Blast
  • (1) can Krylon Glitter Blast Sealer
  • Acrylic Paint
  • Copic Markers
  • Images from The Octopode Factory
  • Plastic Lawn Chair
  • Grosgrain Ribbon
  • E-6000 Adhesive

How and How Long:

  1. Paint Lawn Chair with Krylon Plastic paint and let dry.
  2. On chair seat, paint stripes with Acrylic Paint and let dry.
  3. Add Detailing with Black 100 Copic Marke and then Glue Ribbon to feet of chair.
  4. Add coating of Krylon Glitter Blast Diamond Dust. Let dry.
  5. Seal with Krylon Glitter Blast Sealer. Let dry.
  6. Color images from The Octopode Factory with Copic Markers.
  7. Adhere to chair back with E-600 adhesive.

Approximate projct time: 2 hours (not including dry time).
