Faux Brass Birds


  I transformed $1 salt and pepper shakers into faux brass accent pieces with Krylon Short Cuts!

What you need:

  • (1) Krylon Short Cuts Metallic Paint in Gold Leaf
  • (1) can Krylon White Primer

How and How Long:

  1. Prime the salt and pepper shakers with one coat of primer. Let dry.
  2. Apply two light coats of Krylon Short Cuts Metallic Paint. I used gold, but silver would work nicely too!
