- Replacement Costs
- Mattress Mill will cover 100% of component replacement or repair costs within the first seven years of this warranty, as determined by the original purchase date. Replacement costs will be prorated in the final three years of the warranty. Transportation costs are not covered.
- Body Impressions
- Impressions confirmed to be ¾” or more are covered by this warranty.
- Natural impressions will appear on your mattress, and this is considered normal wear and not a product defect.
- Defects
- Mattress Mill shall be responsible for replacement or repair of products with manufacturing defects, exclusive of transportation costs.
- If identical materials are not available at the time of repair or replacement, similar materials will be substituted.
- Interpretations of comfort level by the purchaser, while not considered to be a defect in manufacturing, may be addressed by a change in cushioning materials (see Comfort Guarantee).
- Box Spring
- For the full warranty to apply, a new mattress is required to be purchased with a new box spring or placed on a platform frame.
- Frame
- Platform frames or metal frames require center support to the floor on Queen & King models. Platform frame slat spacing greater than 3” requires additional slats, or a solid protective layer between the platform frame and the mattress.
- Adjustable Bed Base
- Adjustable bed bases will be covered under the same warranty as our mattresses. Mattress Mill stocks key replacement parts.
- Significant Soiling, Odors, or Damage
- For staff safety and health reasons, Mattress Mill reserves the right to not perform warranty service in such cases.

- Mold growth within a mattress is the result of environmental conditions unrelated to the materials used in mattress construction. Mold issues of any kind are not covered by this warranty.
- Original Owner
- The warranty is valid only for the original buyer from the original purchase date, with proof of purchase. Replacement does not extend the warranty timeframe.
- Authorized Repairs Only
- For the full warranty to apply, only Mattress Mill personnel are authorized to repair or alter a mattress, foundation, or any related components.
