Brooke Wielenga
Brooke joined the Mattress Mill team in 2005. She is involved in purchasing, accounting, and quality assurance compliance. She enjoys running, tickling the ivories, exploring the outdoors, and getting out on the lake with her husband. Brooke is also an ever-optimistic Chicago Cubs fan.
Jack Thanepohn
Jack is thankful for the challenge of being the co-founder of Mattress Mill with Nan. Jack now seeks to serve Lane and his fellow employees at this company. Jack loves the Lord, and he enjoys special time with his best friend & wife Nan, their five grown children and growing number of grandchildren.
Lane Thanepohn
Lane is 2nd generation at Mattress Mill. Lane started working at MM in 2006. He then purchased the business from his folks, the founders (Jack and Nan) in summer of 2025. Along with working as owner and learning all aspects of the company, Lane and his wife, Allisa, enjoy time with their daughter and are looking forward to another little one on the way! You can see them at most farmers markets or Vienne Bakery on the weekends. God is the center of Lane and Allisa's spiritual life, and they are blessed to have grown up, live, and raise their family in Bozeman, MT.
Nan Thanepohn
Since 1986, Nan has had the privilege to work alongside her husband, Jack, in many aspects of Mattress Mill. She is so thankful for the team that the Lord continues to provide to help Mattress Mill keep growing and taking care of our customers. Nan enjoys spending time with her husband and growing family.
Allisa Thanepohn
Allisa came on board in 2017, and is involved with office management and bookkeeping. Her favorite pastime is spending time with her family and friends while getting outdoors, watching movies, and trying new restaurants.
Sam Mostefa
Sam joined our team in 2019 and works in production and deliveries. He is a born and raised Bozemanite, and enjoys hiking, skiing, folf, as well as watching football and hanging out with friends and family.
Justen Carlson
Justen Carlson joined the Mattress Mill team in 2017 and is involved in Production, Deliveries, IT, and Video Training Development. His hobbies include composing music and astronomy. He spends most of his free time with his bride, Olivia. They enjoy taking their dog for walks through the beautiful Montana scenery and watching movies together. Justen's life goal is to bring glory to his Savior (Colossians 3:17).
Jordan Schelling
Jordan joined Mattress Mill in 2022 and is a member of the production and delivery team. He moved to Bozeman four years ago with his wife and son to be near the mountains. He enjoys doing just about everything you can do outdoors, enjoying God’s creation, and spending time with his family.
Erika Carlson
Erika joined Mattress Mill in 2022 and works in the office. She enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, bike rides, and a good cup of coffee with a friend.
Shawn Johnson
Shawn rejoined Mattress Mill in 2024 as a part of the production and delivery team. He loves spending time with his wife and four little girls. He is a Montana State Alumni and enjoys watching the Bobcats win! Overall, he looks forward to serving the community of Mattress Mill customers.
Kim Hernandez
Kim joined the team in 2025 and is part of the sewing team. She was born and raised in the valley. She is a wife, mom, and grandma who loves fishing and watching football with her husband and watching her daughter play volleyball and basketball. She has been sewing in production for almost 20 years.
