Mattress Mill is local and family-owned. Founded by Jack & Nan Thanepohn in 1986. Jack & Nan grew up as neighboring farm kids in Yorkville, IL. They met after high school and married in 1984. Then came to Montana to work on a ranch in Paradise Valley, and the prospect to start a business in Bozeman came up, and they jumped at the opportunity. They are thankful to still be part of the fabric of the Bozeman economy.
